People often assume that being sensitive is an expression of the feminine. They’re right. What they’re wrong about is to associate the feminine nature with weakness. Sensitivity is an expression of the divine feminine. In Hindu philosophy it is referred to as ‘Shakti’, literally meaning power. The power of being sensitive stems from the power of being honest to yourself and the world. The feminine nature embodied in the mythic ‘Kundalini’inside a person’s soul and uncoils to unleash its true power. Being in touch with your feelings is a source of great security, healing, personal growth and transformation.

It is also true that creation comes from an overflow, so you have to learn to intake, to imbibe, to nourish yourself and not be afraid of fullness. Permit yourself to flow and overflow, allow for the rise in temperature, all the expansions and intensifications. Something is always born of excess: great art was born of great terrors, great loneliness, great inhibitions, instabilities, and it always balances them.”

Why do you think humanity survived and advanced this far? Because we know that pain signals things that needs to be fixed, no matter if they are physical or psychological. That’s the true sign that something is not right and needs to be addressed right away.
SOAK IN THE JOY
As a sensitive person you need to manage your feelings. You can absorb all the negativity but if you train your mind you can choose to be in a state of true joy by absorbing all the happiness around. You know it’s easier for you to get with the good feelings than anyone else.
OUTER TOUGHNESS IS A PRETENSE
Embrace your own empathy and feelings. There’s no need to pretend to be tough on the outside while you feel like dying on the inside. When your mind is not one with the reality you portray, believe me it will wreak havoc, both in your overall health and positive outcomes of everyday situations.
