This Solar-Powered RV Runs Without Fuel Or Charging Stations

Have you ever wondered if it would be possible to travel the country without using any fuel?

RV company, Dethleffs has come up with a really cool concept – the Iveco Daily Electric Chassis.

With solar panels donning the roof and side panels, 334 square feet of thin-film solar panel ensure a total 3,000 watts of energy.

The battery is a 228-Ah sodium-nickel-chloride punch which will get you 100 miles of travelling before needing a recharge and the battery should be good to go for roughly 1,500 charges or 250,000km.

The RV is not just a house on wheels, but an E-Home, with driver assist technology, smart windows  and an intelligent heating system, this truly is the perfect home on wheels.
