Leave it to the nuns to perk up the ears of the people who are still blind to the incredible benefits of marijuana.

Sister Kate and Sister Darcy, known as “Sisters of the Valley,” are  growing and cultivating marijuana to create products infused with cannabidiol.

The sisters carefully observe the cycles of the moon and produce their medicines only at certain times throughout the moon’s cycle, respecting ancient guidelines of lunar energy. The CBD infused products they have created have proven effective in treating a range of ailments, including back pain, migraines, menstrual discomfort, and much more.

“We respect the breadth and depth of the gifts of Mother Earth, working to bridge the gap between Her and her suffering people.”

“We aren’t called the weed nuns because we grow any psychotropics (we don’t)-We are activists for the health benefits of the whole plant.”

Despite being licensed Medical Marijuana growers, their operation is under threat from California municipalities who are considering a cultivation ban that would make their enterprise illegal.

“We had a dream of living a simple life, making our medicines on a quiet farm, in a spiritual environment, and being self-sustaining.”

The sisters were selling their hand-made products on Etsy as well as their own website, until Etsy was bought out by Ebay and the sister’s site was suddenly shut down. Because the sisters heavily relied on their weekly Etsy sales, they took a huge financial loss. They are now faced with major bills that include: Paying the general contractor, the electrician, the thousand dollar Verizon bill due to not having internet for awhile, and they now need new ducting for the abbey because they say, “We can’t turn on the heat in the abbey; if we turn on the heat, it blows out into the universe.”

Please help support these lovely ladies! You can learn more about them and donate to help save their world-changing business here.
