If you want to improve your memory and learn things quicker, this mindset work out is called the middle English memorization test, by doing it – it increases your confidence to believe that you can do anything and also memorise things quickly! How many times have you caught yourself saying, ah my memory is so bad, I forget things? The first step is to change the language you have towards your memory and use affirming positive language such as “I can learn things quickly” “My memory is so good, I believe I can do this.”

Although its challenging, the reward reaps throughout the rest of your life. To complete something you never thought you could do gives you the belief in yourself that you can go on to achieve other things too.

Memory is just like a muscle, you can easily work on it and improve it at any time!
