Imagine being able to interact with your plant, as if it was a pet. Imagine being alerted to its every need, be it thirsty, too warm or needing a little more sunlight.
Vivien Muller of Mu Design, has designed the Lüa smart planter which features 15 animated emotions which are based on what the plant needs.
There are embedded sensors which read the soil’s moisture content, light exposure and temperature and when connected to the app, you can further customize the settings.
6 of Lüa’s animations are directly linked to her health, with a vampire emoticon displaying when she is lacking light. A thirsty animation will appear when she’s too dry and when everything’s going well, a happy face will display. She can even nap, waking up when she detects movement.
Not only is the Lüa fun for avid gardeners, but a great tool to teach kids about he responsibility of caring for living things.
Currently in the prototype phase, you can pre-order on indiegogo with an estimated delivery around December 2019.
The Lüa is currently available in two colors.
My Name is Kasim Khan and I am the founder of Educate Inspire Change. I have just returned from a 1 week stay at the world’s first medically licensed plant medicine retreat, it’s called Rythmia and is in the beautiful country of Costa Rica. During this week I had the most profound and transformational experience of my life and it’s not only me . . .over 95% of people who embark on this journey at Rythmia reports that they too had a life changing miracle. This magical place had such a profound effect on me that I am now dedicating my time to sharing this healing opportunity of a lifetime with you all.
