With photography, it often takes patience to get the perfect shot, something photographer Stefan Draschan has plenty of.
Based in France, Draschan spends a lot of time in museums and famous art galleries in Paris, Vienna and Berlin, waiting for the perfect shot for one of his ongoing projects, ‘People matching famous paintings’.
Draschan waits for visitors that match with a piece of classical art, creating unique and humorous images portraying unplanned co-ordination between the painting or sculpture and the person viewing it. Anything from outfits that uncannily match the color or style, to hairstyles or accessories.
If you’re ever in Draschan’s neck of the woods visiting museums and art galleries, you may even end up featuring in one of his creations, which as you’ll see from the images below, are works of art in their own right.
