Here are some tips on time management by the worlds most successful people.
We all have the same amount of time in life, so how do some people seem to have it all and be successful?
Get a morning routine
Focus on you first get a morning routine that makes you feel empowered and good for the day, clear your mind, take some time out for you. You first then the rest of the world.

Create A New List Every Day
Start with the most important thing first
Start with the most important first and get it done and schedule it in for when you feel most productive.
Don’t check emails as soon as you wake up

Split It Up in Blocks
Allocate certain block times
Create a list of all the things that take up so much time and see if you can allocate them or hire someone else to do them.
Learn to Speed Read
Imagine how much time we save if we could do all reading in 1/2 the time? Read more, learn more, absorb more information, get things done quicker. Speed reading is an amazing skill to learn to save time.
Focus One step at a time. Clear your mind before it, block out 30 minutes and just focus on that one task with no distractions.
Don’t strive for perfection
Don’t overthink it just start it, done is better than perfect at first.
Step by step
Break big tasks into small chunks which helps to stop overwhelm. When you have a task, figure out what the smallest step to take, then go on from there and give yourself goals when to accomplish each step.
Double check your to-do list
Is there something that you keep putting on there because you THINK you should do? IF it’s realy nagging you – just remove it, because if it doesn’t feel good to do anyway you probably won’t get a good result.
“The difference between successful people and very successful people is that successful people say no.” – Warren Buffet If you don’t want to go somewhere, don’t go. It’s your time. Figure out how much your time is worth, then you will be able to decide whether something is worth your time or not.
Wake up early
Try and wake up 1 minute earlier each day and wake up around the same time so its easier to structure your day.
Multitasking slows you down, when you start one thing, finish it, never touch it twice.
Aim to finish your work around 7pm so you have the evening to rest and restore and have personal time. Cutting off before bed by relaxing and watching a film reduces stress.
Hope these helped!
