Say This Before You Sleep To Have The Best Sleep Ever

One of the best things you can do for your mental well-being is before bed, cut off from the world, relax and appreciate that no matter how bad or difficult today was, there is the possibility for tomorrow to get better. To create your tomorrow, go over your day in bed and be thankful for all the small things if there was something that didn’t go as you wanted, replay it in your mind the way you wanted it to go.

As you fall asleep say:

“I will sleep deeply and wake up full of energy. Tomorrow is going to be the most beautiful day of my life.”

Abraham Hicks explains this beautiful ritual. I tried it too and it really helped me feel control of my emotions and my energy when I wake up. If you fall asleep stressed thinking of all the bad things, you will wake up with this heavy weight the next day.

“Lie in the bed and look for the positive aspects of the moment how comfortable the bed is, how warm and cozy my room is my view, my mind, my eyes to see, how good my body feels right now, how good this time is that I get to rest, how good it feels to be alive.”

“I’m going to sleep now, whilst I’m sleeping, my thoughts will be inactive and my attraction will stop, my physical body will be completely refreshed at every level. I will sleep well and will awaken with a new positive good feeling point of attraction.”

“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” ― Rumi

Sweet Dream Meditation:

Close your eyes, begin with deep breathes, feeling relaxed. Release any tension from your body. Say to yourself “I release the past and all its regrets. I release the future and all its worries. I reside only in this moment called now, where I am at peace and free of all expectations.”

This is how you can take control of your energetic frequency!
