3 Questions to Ask To Stop Holding Yourself Back



If you can’t seem to step forward in a goal or in a situation, the 1st step is to become aware, write it down and accept it.

Then ask these 3 Questions:

  1. What are the benefits of me staying in this situation?
  2. What are the benefits of me feeling sorry for myself?
  3. What are the benefits of me making excuses and staying the same?

When you write things down and ask yourself, your subconscious mind will come into action and help you solve your own solution!

Sometimes, we are subconsciously blocking ourselves or a situation in our life can make us feel unworthy which is actually stopping us from stepping forward and it can be frustrating.


Awareness is the key to change. Once you become aware of what your subconscious thoughts are, you can direct your focus to change them.

These small beliefs can affect all of the results.

Shift Your Focus

Now you have made the step to become aware, help ease anxiety and step into the feeling of feeling better. Write out “I am so grateful and thankful to be moving towards more clarity on (my current issue) and I’m glad it is working out in my favor and I now know the right thing to do.”

It’s your birthright to feel good, so when you are not feeling good use it as a sign to shift towards what you want.
