One startup believes it’s cracked the code on fake meat that looks like meat, bleeds like meat, and even sizzles on the grill. Patrick Brown the CEO of Impossible Foods says that ,”The system that we use today to produce meat and cheese is completely unsustainable, it has terribly destructive environmental consequences and many scientists and doctors believe it’s intrinsically unhealthy to eat.”
