Will Smith’s son, Jaden Smith, has a knack for thinking crazy out-there thoughts.

In an almost-three-minute clip with Vanity Fair, Smith goes into detail about human skin and its ability to replace itself 900 times during an average lifespan, how we have more nerve connections in our brains than there are stars in the galaxy and how, at one point, he was the youngest person in existence.

“On Saturn and Jupiter, it rains diamonds. How?” he reveals. “Sharks have been around for longer than trees…” he shares, seemingly shaken by the revelation. “That one is hard to believe. But it’s actually true.”

“For every human on Earth, there are roughly 1.6 million ants… My whole life has been a lie,” he tells in amazement.

You can see Jaden Smith’s utter disbelief as he discovers all of the universe’s incredible facts below.

“You see your nose all the time. Your brain just chooses to ignore it.”

“There are more synapses – nerve connections – in your brain than there are stars in the galaxy.”

“The human brain takes in 11 million bits of information every second, but is aware only of 40.”

“You were once the youngest person in existence.”

“On Saturn and Jupiter, it rains diamonds.”

“Human saliva contains a painkiller called opiorphin that is six times more powerful than morphine.”

“Sharks have been around for longer than trees.”

50% of human DNA is shared with a banana.”

“There are more ways to shuffle a deck of cards than there are atoms on Earth.”(I find this one hard to believe)

“If you drilled a hole through the centre of the Earth and jumped in it, it would take 42 minutes to reach the other side.”

“There’s a jellyfish that is immortal.”(God is a jellyfish?)

“If you add up the amount of hours that World of Warcraft players have played the game, it comes out to over 6 million years.”

“One teaspoon of honey is the lifetime work of 12 bees.”

“When the oldest person was born, they had an entirely different set of people on the Earth with them. No one was the same.”

“Strawberries aren’t berries, but bananas are, and so are watermelons and avocados.” (WTF)

“For every human on Earth, there are roughly 1.6 million ants.” (Double WTF)
