Start where you are even when your dreams feel impossible

6 Ways to step into your Purpose when your dream feels impossible

How do you step into your dream life when your dream feels so far away, you haven’t got the finances and you’re in a job you hate and your physical environment is difficult?

Your mindset: It all starts within you.

Your inner world creates your outer world.

If you want to change the world, start by changing yourself first.

1. Starting where you are now is the secret.

Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can. Put your all into everything you are doing. Change your attitude by seeing the positive aspects of it. Be present and learn as much as you can. It will all be apart of your amazing story, when you get to where you want to be. And the funny thing is, your dreams and ambitions are all a journey, it’s never a destination that you one day wake up to. When you achieve something, you will want something else and your mind will expand and grow. Learn to love the struggle and the journey, that’s the magic of it.

This moment leads to the next moment, which leads to the next. Failure is not an option, you can never fail if you don’t quit. Fail forward until you get it.

If you don’t like your current work, it is just for now. Earl Knightingale said if you put 100% into your current life and work for 30 days, it will transform your life. Because you are setting your mindset up to success, you are are practicing passion. You are filling your mind with knowledge and productivity and energy. Focus on whats to come, focus on what you want not on the things that are going wrong. Start living all the habits you need to have when you do have your dream life and you will see how situations and your environment will start to change and transform.

“Taking an interest in your work, enjoying what you are doing opens the secret door of success.”

When pursuing your passion Robert Kiyosaki in the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, explains the importance of choosing a job that you can learn from, that will benefit your future, rather than choosing a job for money.

2. Choose to have a mental positive attitude

You attract what feel and what you are. Energy flows where attention goes. Change your mind and take charge of your emotions by thinking 10 positive aspects of the situation and watch your attitude and attraction change.

“When your efforts come from an energy of frustration, doubt or lack, they will never result in success.

3. Start with the end in mind

Stephen Covey in 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People teaches a powerful tool for visualizing yourself at your own funeral – yes it’s heavy but powerful. What would people say? What kind of person were you? What character do you want them to see in you? How did you make people feel? What did you do? Having the end in mind gives you the power to make better choices, each day will become more meaningful and purposeful as you see the bigger picture of your life

4. You are already living it

You are already successful. Once you stop chasing it and focus your efforts on doing the work that fulfils you heart – that is success. Dedicating yourself to creating things that mean something to you, is already success. Stop focusing on becoming and just live, then everything else will work out.

Practice living what you want to experience. Put yourself in the vibration of what you want your life to be, go to places where people are doing what you want to do, read about people who have achieved what you want and go and practice it, go and test to see what it would be like to live that.

“Opportunity dances with those already on the dance floor.”

5. The Mindset Of Success

Stop focusing on becoming and just do the work that you are put on this earth to do and choose something that you are passionately curious about. Then you can look back at be happy you spent time on the planet accomplishing something that meant something to you. Know your “WHY.”  If you feel you have something to give, that your passion is worth it, then there is nothing you can’t achieve.

Develop your mindset to success by:
– Surrounding yourself with the right people.
– Fill your mind with books and messages of success, stop gossiping, start creating.
– Put 100% into everything for 30 days.

“Everyone is scared to work hard with no obvious out come, but that is the only way to get the answer.” – Gary Vaynerchuk

6. Take Small steps each day

Take the first step even if you don’t know where you are going. Once you start, the rest will come.

“You don’t need to be great to start, but you need to start to be great.”

Believe you are going to do it and it will work out. Don’t allow anyone to tell you it is not possible, that is their limitation, not yours.

You cannot change your destination overnight, but you can change your direction. – John Rohn

Remember you are exactly where you need to be. Everything. Every person, every job, every situation, is for a reason. Don’t give up.
