1. Green tea, mint & lime for – fat burning, digestion, headaches, congestion and breath freshener.
2. Strawberry & kiwi for – cardiovascular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation & digestion.
3. Cucumber, lime & lemon for – water weight management, bloating, appetite control, hydration & digestion.
4. Lemon, lime & orange for digestion vitamin C, immune defense, heartburn, (Drink this one at room temperature).
Action: for a stronger flavor, use more fruit. Infuse at least 30 minutes or more (overnight?), the longer it sits improves flavor and impacts health. ( See video at bottom of article)
Use organic ingredients and filtered or spring water.
REPLACE; your soft drinks, vitamin water and other commercially produced chemically laden drinks with these. They are all good for you.
Note: you can drink any of these for overall health and for hydration, it is not crucial to drink one just for its specific health benefit.
